Intro to Barre with Jennifer Liane

This class is for all levels! Whether you are new to barre or have been at it a while, this class is sure to tone, tighten, and burn in all the right places, leaving you feeling strong and rejuvenated. You will need 1-2 pound hand weights (if you would like to advance the exercises) and a barre (or any sturdy surface) for balance.
