Barreology is a high energy, low impact class that will work your entire body from your head to your toes! With its roots in ballet and Pilates, Barre is a fantastic workout for dancers and non-dancers alike. This workout will incorporate cardio and toning which is the perfect blend to help lean, lengthen, and stretch out the body.
Props needed for Barrology class: light hand weights (nothing over 2 lbs), a stable, waist-high surface, a mat, and a small Pilates ball (9-inch)
