Barre w/ Babes

This will be a full body Barre workout. This class will be approx 40 mins and includes a cool down stretch. All fitness levels are welcome – from beginners to the most experienced!
For this workout you will need a sturdy surface (i.e. chair, counter, etc) and optional hand weights (i.e. 1-2 lb dumbbells, bottles of water, cans of soup, etc.).
Please message me privately if you have any limitations though I will offer modifications throughout the workout.
